Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Intuico Digital LLC ("Intuico," "we," "us," or "our") for the Pathway mobile application and related services. By downloading or using Pathway, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Pathway. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Pathway for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pathway on devices you own or control for lawful, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you downloaded it.

For downloads through Apple, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control for that conflict.

Pathway may create an anonymous account tied to an install identifier. Some versions may offer Sign in with Apple to link or recover access. You are responsible for your device, your account access, and activity performed through them.

Do not share review, testing, or promotional access codes. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your Pathway account without permission.

You keep ownership of the questions, notes, reflections, prompts, and other content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to run Pathway, provide the feature you requested, protect the service, and meet legal duties.

You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate the law or another person's rights. Do not submit confidential information that you do not want processed by Pathway's service providers.

Pathway provides Bible-based plans, devotionals, prayer prompts, reflections, and responses that may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Check Scripture references and use your judgment before relying on a response.

Pathway is for personal spiritual support and education. It is not a church, pastor, therapist, physician, emergency service, or substitute for professional spiritual, medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you may be in danger or facing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

• Pathway is free to download and offers optional paid subscriptions.
• Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged through your App Store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your store account before the renewal deadline shown by the store.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's App Store settings.
• Deleting Pathway does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled under the store's rules and applicable law.

Features and free-use limits may change. A change will not alter a paid period you have already purchased unless the law or the store's rules permit it.

You may not:

• Use Pathway for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or violate the rights of another person
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Bypass subscription checks, access controls, rate limits, or safety systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, sell, lease, or redistribute Pathway except where law expressly permits it
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload Pathway
• Use Pathway output to train a competing model or product without our written permission
• Misrepresent generated content as professional advice or as an official statement from Intuico

Pathway's software, design, branding, artwork, original text, and other materials are owned by Intuico or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible translations, platform services, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may have separate license terms.

These terms do not give you ownership of Pathway or permission to use our names, logos, or trademarks outside normal use of the app.

Pathway depends on services provided by Apple, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Sentry, OpenRouter, and selected AI model providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to their part of the service. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.

We may add, remove, or change Pathway features; set or adjust usage limits; release updates; or stop supporting an app version. We do not promise that Pathway will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for installing updates and keeping a supported device and operating system.

You may stop using Pathway at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay for a subscription, or if we discontinue Pathway. Terms that should reasonably continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathway and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuico and its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Pathway.

Our total liability for all claims related to Pathway will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Pathway in the 12 months before the claim or $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so the limits apply only to the extent permitted there.

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. We will provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continuing to use Pathway after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our permission; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, merger, sale, or financing. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable store terms are the full agreement about Pathway.
