IMPORTANT: This sensitive pregnancy-related information is stored LOCALLY on your device only using secure on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data is NEVER transmitted to our servers or any third parties. We do not have access to this information.
b) Preferences and Settings
- App preferences (theme settings, notification preferences)
- Onboarding selections
This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
2. Information Collected Automatically
a) Anonymous User Identifiers
- We use RevenueCat for subscription management, which generates anonymous user identifiers (e.g., "$RCAnonymousID:xxxxx")
- These identifiers cannot be used to identify you personally
- They are used solely to manage your subscription status
b) Device Identifiers
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
- Used by Google AdMob to serve advertisements
- You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings
c) Purchase History
- Records of in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Processed through Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat
- We do not have access to your payment details (credit card, billing address, etc.) - Apple handles all payment processing
d) Usage Data
- App interaction data (screens viewed, features used)
- Advertising interaction data (ads viewed, ad clicks)
- This data is collected in aggregate and anonymized form
3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Purpose: Processes all payments for subscriptions
Data Collected: Apple handles all payment and billing information

Data Storage and Security
1. Local Data Storage
- All pregnancy-related data (due date, journal entries, symptoms) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage
- This data never leaves your device
- Uninstalling the App will delete this local data
2. Cloud Data
- Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat's secure servers
- Anonymous usage analytics may be processed in the cloud
- All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL)
3. Data Retention
- Local data: Retained until you delete the App or clear App data
- Subscription data: Retained by RevenueCat as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping
- Analytics data: Retained in anonymized/aggregated form

- Your pregnancy data is stored locally and accessible only to you

- Subscribe to Bloom Premium to remove all advertisements

4. Managing Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings
