The Challenge
Next Level QC needed a website that could compete for high-intent local searches in gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer across the Quad Cities. Their previous presence was not built to capture demand for terms parents and athletes actually search, like "tumbling classes near me" and "gymnastics classes near me."
At the start of tracking, only 10 of 67 monitored keywords appeared anywhere on Google. Local visibility sat at 65%, with roughly 2 #1 positions and limited top-3 coverage. Competing gyms were winning the searches that drive class sign-ups, open gym visits, and cheer program inquiries.
