Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using FitLock - Screen Time Blocker ("FitLock" or the "App"), provided by Intuico Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Because FitLock is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You can review Apple's standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Use of FitLock

  • FitLock helps you create movement-based app limits using Apple Health and Screen Time permissions.
  • You are responsible for choosing appropriate app limits, protected apps, and movement rules.
  • FitLock is not medical advice, fitness coaching, mental health advice, or a substitute for professional guidance.

Health and Screen Time Permissions

  • FitLock can read Apple Health step count or Active Energy only after you grant permission.
  • FitLock can protect selected apps, categories, or web domains only after you grant Screen Time permission.
  • You can revoke permissions through iOS settings, but some FitLock features may stop working if required permissions are removed.

FitLock Pro Subscriptions

  • FitLock Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited protected targets and custom movement-to-screen-time rules.
  • Available subscription options, free trial eligibility, pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase and in the App Store purchase sheet.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or after any free trial period ends, unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings after purchase.

Availability and Changes

  • We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of FitLock as needed to maintain the App, comply with platform requirements, or improve the service.
  • Some features depend on Apple Health, Screen Time, App Store, and device-level services that are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

  • FitLock is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect blocking behavior, or a specific health or screen-time outcome.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuico Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FitLock.
