This Privacy Policy explains how Intuico Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use FitLock - Screen Time Blocker ("FitLock" or the "App").
FitLock is designed to keep sensitive Health and Screen Time information under your control. The App uses Apple Health and Screen Time permissions only after you grant access.
Information FitLock Handles
- Apple Health data: FitLock reads daily step count or Active Energy after you grant permission. These totals are used to calculate screen-time allowances.
- Screen Time selections: FitLock uses Apple Screen Time APIs to protect the apps, categories, or web domains you choose. Apple provides secure tokens for these selections; FitLock does not receive a plain-text list of all apps on your device.
- Subscription data: FitLock uses RevenueCat to validate purchase status, trial status, and subscription entitlement. RevenueCat may process anonymous identifiers, product identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status.
- Support communications: If you contact us, we may receive the email address and content you choose to send.
Information FitLock Does Not Collect
- FitLock does not require an account.
- FitLock does not sell your Health data or Screen Time data.
- FitLock does not run third-party advertising or ad network tracking.
- FitLock does not collect payment card details. Apple handles App Store payments.
- FitLock does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphones, cameras, or browsing history outside the app.
How Information Is Used
- To calculate tomorrow's screen-time allowance from your selected movement metric.
- To apply and remove Screen Time shields according to your settings and subscription status.
- To manage FitLock Pro purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and purchase restoration.
- To respond to support requests and maintain app reliability.
Storage and Retention
- Movement totals, rule settings, onboarding choices, and protected target selections are stored on your device or in the app group needed by the Screen Time extension.
- Deleting FitLock removes local app data from your device, subject to normal iOS behavior.
- RevenueCat retains purchase and entitlement records as needed to provide subscription functionality and comply with its legal obligations.
- Support emails are retained as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and keep ordinary business records.
Your Controls
- You can revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can change protected apps and categories from within FitLock.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.

Third-Party Services
RevenueCat: Used for subscription management and purchase restoration. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy
FitLock is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International and State Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. FitLock is primarily local-first, so many controls are available directly on your device by deleting the App, changing iOS permissions, or managing your Apple subscription. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and post the latest version on this page. Continued use of FitLock after an update means you accept the revised policy.
